This includes extensive documentation from early Orange County (the predecessor of Augusta County), Augusta (and other neighboring) County records and showing the exact locations of lands acquired by many of those early settlers (through the use of Lyman Chalkley's transcriptions of early Augusta County records in addition to the J.R. Hildebrand Maps of the Beverley Patent and Borden Tract)
