Parentage
- Not to be confused with Thomas Buchanan Caldwell, son of William Courch Caldwell and Esther Buchanan. This Thomas was born too early to have been their son.

Executors, wife Jane and son John. Teste: Abraham Larew, Peter and Elizabeth Larew. Proved, July Court, 1795, by Abraham and Peter. Presented in court by Jane.
