Notes

John Caldwell appears to be the son of John Caldwell, Sr., who left his will in Augusta County, Virginia, which was probated in July Court 1795. He was buried in the Tinkling Spring Presbyterian Church Cemetery, where several members of the Larew family (which was apparently very close with this Caldwell family) were also buried.
