KING Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 26... at the Foster Funeral Home for Mrs. Mae J. King of Ricard, who died Dec. 22 at the home of her son, Leon King. Mrs. King, the widow of Frank B. King whose death occurred in 1951, was born May 1, 1890 at Vernon, the daughter of John and Julia Gay Roser. She attended the Ricard District School, and following her marriage resided on their farm. She was a member of the Ricard United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, George D. King of Phelps and Leon King of Ricard; a daughter, Mrs. Ivan (Dorothy) Kaine of Williamstown; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Ida Staring of Ricard and Mrs. Ethel Bambury of Adams. The Rev. Adelbert Edwards, pastor of Pine Meadows Church, will officiate at the funeral rites, with burial to be in Pine Meadows Cemetery. References
