Bambury of Molino, where she had made her home the past several years because of her failing health. She had been bedridden for nearly a year, but has been tenderly cared for. For many years she has lived on a farm here in Ricard, and was engaged in dairy farming. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Gay. Her husband, the late John Roser, died twenty-five years ago. She leaves many relatives. One son, George, died a little over a year ago. Surviving are four daughters: Mrs. Harvey Spink, Mrs. Frank King, Mrs. Ida Staring and Mrs. William Bambury; two sons, Asa and Otto Roser, all of Ricard. 33 grandchildren and 35 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs. Bambury... Tuesday, with Rev. Clark Robinson of the Altmar Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Fair View Cemetery, Williamstown [!]. Bearers were six grandchildren. Oswego Palladium-Times, 10 Feb 1941: MRS. JULIA ROSER Pulaski, Feb. 10-- Mrs. Julia Roser, 83, well known resident of the town of Orwell for many years, died Sunday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Bambury near Orwell village after a long illness. She had always made her home in the vicinity of Orwell and nearby townships. She is survived by two sons, Otto and Asa Roser, and four daughters, Mrs. Harvey Spink, Mrs. Frank King, Mrs. Ida Staring, and Mrs. Bambury. Funeral services will be held at the Bambury home Tuesday... by the Rev. Clark Robinson of the Altmar Methodist Church, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown [!] References
