Scriba's Patent in the town of Amboy, Oswego County and being part of lot 120 and bounded as follows... and whereas also the interest of said Seth Button in said mortgage has been duly assigned to James Krombee and default has been made in the payment... now therefore notice is hereby given that by virtue of the power of ... in said mortgage.... the said mortgaged premises will be sold at public auction at Gasper's Hotel in the Village of Fulton... on the 3d day of March A.D. 1852 SHERIFF SALE By virtue of an execution issued out of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, against the property of Amos Gay, I have seized and taken all the right, title and interest which the said Amos Gay had on the 8th day of September 1851 or which he may have since acquired of in and to the following described premises, situated in the Town of Amboy, County of Oswego... to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Amboy... being part of lot no. 120 and bounded as follows... being the same premises described in a Mortgage given to Amos Gay and wife to Mary D.
