Oswego Palladium-Times, 25 Apr 1959: MRS. HARVEY SPINK Altmar-- Mrs. Nellie Spink, 80, widow of Harvey Spink, died early Saturday morning in the Evergreen Nursing Home where she had been a patient for six months. Born on Nov. 4, 1879 in the Town of Williamstown, Mrs. Spink was the daughter of the late John and Julia Gay Roser. She lived in Williamstown where she and her husband operated a farm until his death in 1953. She was a member of the Ricard Methodist Church and the WSCS. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Gladys York of Whitesboro; two sons, Adin and Glen of Altmar; three sisters, Mrs. Mae King of Ricard; Mrs. Ida Starring of Syracuse, and Mrs. Ethel Bambury of Orwell; eight grandchildren... Funeral services will be held on Monday... from the Ricard Methodist Church with the Rev. J. Martin Week, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Williamstown Cemetery.
