He was born Jul 1874 in Ind., the son of Israel and Emily (Pattee) Koplin. On the 1900 census, he declares his father b. Wisconsin and mother in Ohio. He is age 25, a farm laborer, wife Daisy is 20 . They are living in the home of her father, Perry, in Liberty Twp., Saline Co, Ks . Daisy declares they have been married 3 years and she has born 2 children, both also in the home. [(ED 118, p 195B, fam #32/33] On the 1920 census, Vancouver, Clarke Co., Washington; Archie , 46, is farming. Daisy, 40, keeps house for him and four children.[ED 7, p 7A, fam #115/115 ] In her mother's obituary in 1931, Daisy is said to be living in Vancouver, Washington.
