With him is wife Maud L. , age 24, who declares they have been married 3 years and she has born 2 children, both alive at that time. (ED 124, p 61, fam #158/163) The 1920 census shows John, 35, a truck driver living on East __row (unreadable) Ave., Salina, Saline Co., Ks. With him is wife, Lula M., 33, caring for their two children.(ED 148, p 7B, fam #163/191) In his mother's obituary in 1931, and is sister Selena's in 1944, he is of Hutchinson, Ks.
