Thame Rural District existed from 1894 until 1932 in Oxfordshire, England. It was located to the east of Oxford.
It was abolished in 1932 and the parishes it contained were transferred to the Bullingdon Rural District. Since 1974 the area has been part of the South Oxfordshire District.
