Facts and Events
What is the evidence that James Dugger is a son of Daniel and Sarah? I've seen none so far, not even circumstantial.
There is a James Dugger on the 1840 census in Carroll Co., GA that might be this same James, but perhaps not, though it does fit pretty well.

- Analysis:
- 1 male 20-29 (1810/1820)=James Dugger (c1815)
- 1 female 20-29 (1810/1820)=Frances Evans Dugger (c1821) wife
- 1 female 10-14 (1825/1830)=Unknown
- 2 females 0-4 (1835/1840)=1-Martha J. Dugger (c1838); 2-Sarah E. Dugger (c1839) daughters
They were in Gordon Co., GA for the 1850 census. There were other Duggers there as well, but not listed nearby. The others were Alexander Dugger and Catherine Bailey and some of their children. Alexander would be James' uncle, if James is indeed a son of Daniel.
