Daniel Dugger was born ca 1770/80, probably in Brunswick Co, VA.

Daniel is probably a son of Alexander and Ann (---) Dugger, though that isn't proven. He appeared in Greene Co., TN the same time they did, and he was associated with Alexander (Jr).

On 24 Jun 1802 Daniel Duggar obtained a marriage bond in Greene Co., TN to marry Sarah Weems. William Weems was bondsman.

On 23 Oct 1807, Deed in Greene Co., TN: 145. The execution of one other deed of conveyance from Jacob Linebough Jr. to Daniel Dugger, dated 23th October 1807 for one hundred and forty five and 156 poles of land on the south side of Lick Creek was duly acknowledged by the said Jacob Linebough and admitted to record. [Greene County TN Deeds 1802-1818]

On 27 Apr 1810 Daniel Duggar was bondsman for the Greene Co., TN marriage bond for Alexander Dugger and Caty Bailey.
