- Page 410.--20th February, 1787. Samuel Anderson and Sarah to William Curry, part of 137 acres patented to James Anderson, deceased (whose heir by will Samuel is), 1st September, 1780.
- Page 551.--17th July, 1787. Samuel Anderson and Sarah to Mustoe and Chambers. 316 acres on Long Glade conveyed to Samuel by his father, corner Phersythe's land.
- Page 262.--21st October, 1788. Samuel Anderson and Sarah, wife of Samuel, heir-at-law of his son, James Anderson, Jr.. deceased, to Anthony Mustoe and Wm. Chambers, on Long Glade, 200 acres devised to said James by his grandfather, James Anderson, Sr., and conveyed to James, Sr., by John Anderson, 17th February, 1762; 34 acres patented to Samuel Anderson, 1st June, 1782.

James Anderson's will - - To wife, Jean; to son, John, 5 chillings; to son, George, 5 chillings; to son, James, 5 shillings; to daughter Agnis, 5 shillings; to daughter Jane, 5 shilllings; to son, Samuel, whole estate; to son Samuel's son, James 200 acres, infant. Executors, George Moffett and John Young. Teste: John Blair, Isaac Carson, Peter Challe. Proved, 15th June, 1779, by Blair and Carson. Executors refused, administration granted Samuel.
- Vol. 1 - MARCH, 1780 (B). Wm. Morrow and Jane, his wife, vs. Samuel Anderson, eldest son and heir of James Anderson, deceased.--Chancery, Writ, 20th February, 1780. [Note: Samuel Anderson was NOT the eldest son of James Anderson, William Morrow's father-in-law, but Samuel did receive most of his father James Anderson's estate, hence the likely reason for the suit].
- Vol. 1 - MAY, 1786 (A to B). Mathias Benson vs. Samuel Anderson (Long Glade).--Writ, 17th April, 1784.
- Page 410.--20th February, 1787. Samuel Anderson and Sarah to William Curry, part of 137 acres patented to James Anderson, deceased (whose heir by will Samuel is), 1st September, 1780.
- Vol. 1 - MARCH, 1787 (A to C). Samuel Anderson vs. William Blair.--Writ, 24th June, 1785. William Blair (Black Tavern). William had a son, James.
- Page 43.-[undated, appears to be in 1790]-On Long Glade patented to John Anderson and became property of Mustoe and Chambers, 27 acres patented to Samuel Anderson 1st June, 1782.

Need her parents. A Sarah Young, age 16 [b. c1751] and James Young, age 15, orphans of Patrick Young are listed in Chalkley. Is this the Sarah who m. Samuel Anderson?
