She is on 1850 census, age 11, with parents there.[p 841 fam #118/1120] She married (1) William WOLF 5 Apr 1859 in Hocking Co., Oh. Anna (Rittgers) Wolf married (2) Abraham HOCKMAN, 22 Mar 1870. [LDS-IGI, 1992, fiche #1285 , p 59,550] On the 1870 census we find Abraham, 17, a farmer, married to Anna, 30, in Marion Twp., Hocking Co., Oh. She is caring for her three children surnamed Wolfe.[p 510, fam #27 1/274] At some point they may have resided in Pickaway Co., Oh., as we see the birth of son Sylvester there in 1872 on LDS-IGI. In 1880, Abe, 27, is farming in Marion, Hocking Co, Oh. Anna, 42, is caring for six children.[ED 63, p 27, fam #249/249] Anna died before 1900, as we see on the 1900 census, Abraham, 48, farming in Marion Twp. He states he is married and has been for 30 years, but Anna is not listed. In the home is son John, 29, and his wife and family.[ED 32, p 110A, fam # 48/48] He married(2) Nancy J. Iams. On the 1910 census we find Abraham Hockman, 58, and a farmer, still in Marion Twp., Hocking Co., Oh., married to Nancy J., 37. They have been married 9 years and Nancy has born 3 children - the three are on the census with them. James Cotterman, 13; Franklin Hockman, 7 and Samuel Hockman, 6.[ED 88, p. 4B, fam #72/72] These are NOT Rittgers descendants.
