Colar age 25 born May 1875 in Ohio, his wife Amelia age 26 born November 1873 in Ohio, their children listed were; Velma V. age 5 born April 1895 and Gotta L. age 1 born December 1899 in Ohio. Albert's father Jacob Colar age 71 (widow) born May 1829 in Ohio, was also living with him. It also stated Jacob's father was born in Germany and his mother in Virginia.

Albert Kohler died Friday evening in his home at Kilgore after a short illness of peritonitis, aged 45 years and 9 months. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, conducted by Revs. Hickson and Younger, and burial was made in Kilgore. Mr. Kohler was born in Harrison County. His wife's maiden name was Lelia Arnold, who survives with seven children; Velma, Simon, Gotta, Beulah, Ruth, Marie and Allen. Two brothers also survive, David and George Kohler. Mr. Kohler was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
