ALLEN KOHLER KILLED IN THANKSGIVING EVE CRASH
Allen H. Kohler, 44, well known local sportsman and service station operator, was killed instantly last Wednesday in a tragic two-car accident which claimed two other lives and seriously injured four. The accident occurred at 5:15 p.m. a mile and a quarter east of Carrollton on Route 43. Kohler was alone in the car and was on his way to his home in Kilgore when the accident occurred. Also killed instantly was Rev. Floyd Gale, 63, of Jacksontown, Ohio, near Newark, driver of the other car. His wife, Helen Gale, 62, died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital.
