Obituary

    William P. Sordelet, aged 57, died of carcinoma of the liver at 9:10 a.m. today at his home, 1517 East Creighton Ave after three months' illness. He had been head sawyer for the S.F. Bowser Company for 18 years and was a member of the Eagles Lodge.  Mr. Sordelet was born in Jefferson Township; and had lived in Allen County his entire life.     Surviving are the widow, Stella, three sisters, Mrs. Milo Funk, of Toledo; Mrs. Carl Weaver of this city, and Mrs. Nora Snodgrass, of Chicago; two stepdaughters, Mrs Ethel Reeg, of Findlay, O., and Miss Selma Nance at home and a stepson, Homer Nance, of this city.     The body was taken to Julian Schone's Funeral Home and will be returned to the residence Thursday afternoon.  Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon with burial in the New Haven IOOF Cemetery.

CENSUS

1920 Allen Co., INWilliam Sordelet was living in Fort Wayne. His occupation was unreadable. He was age 41. His wife, Stella was age 46 and was born in Ohio. Stella's two daughters were Agnes L., age 19, single; and Thelma, age 14, single. Both born in Ohio.
