They have been added here on the basis of information obtained from John Rempel and William Harms in Atlas of original Mennonite Village Homesteaders and some Burial Plots of the Mennonite West Reserve, (Altona Mb: 1990). Since the census could not always be completed in one village before the next one was started, some of the families included under a village heading may have lived elsewhere.
