Lease 150 acres whereon Price now lives...in the Little Fork of Rapp. River...being a separate parcel...of tract formerly granted to Edward Herndon Jr. by patent 16 June 1738... For the lives of Edward Price and Euphan his wife and Rachel daughter of Edward Price and Euphan...Annual rent 500 pounds of Tobacco on 25 December... (the first three years' rent excepted).
