When I was a child, Aunt Teenie lived right next door. She shared a house with Bert Chapman who was the stepson of Christina's sister Mary. I remember Aunt Teenie as being very much the"Victorian Lady" complete with a strict sense of morality that forbade Bert from looking through the Sears catalogue because there were pictures of women dressed rather skimpily..in the sections that advertised ladies underwear. Several times, she would look after me if Mom was out.I can remember trying very hard not to misbehave because Aunt Teenie could be very imposing. Somehow those long Victorian style dresses managed to add to the mystique.
