Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 286.--21st March, 1786. William Patterson, Sr., to his son William Patterson, Jr., tract patented to George Anderson, 20th January, 1741. (Note: this tract is most likely 321 acres of the 330-acre tract patented to George Anderson in 1741, as listed in several Chalkley's records. The remaining 18 acres were sold by William Patterson, Sr. to Thomas Rafferty in 1764.).
