- Vol. 1 - MARCH 17, 1767. - (467) Margaret and Wm. Farris, orphans of James Farris, to be bound out. (Note: William Farris, son of James Farris would have been born no earlier than 1746 to have been "bound out". Since thie William was born in 1748, he appears to be a likely (but not proven) candidate for the son of James Farris. More research necessary).
- Page 43.--4th September, 1785. Jno. Faris' will--To wife, Agnes Feris; to son-in-law, Wm. Feris; to son-in-law, Job Rennolds. Executors, wife Agnes and son-in-law Wm. Paris. Teste: Joseph Waddell, Edward Wealden. Proved 16th October, 1787, by Joseph Waddell, and 19th February, 1788, by Wealdon, and 17th June, 1788, executors qualify.
- Vol. 1 - JUNE 19, 1787. - Page (334) Following to be bound out: Polly Woland, to Charles Markle; Samuel Blakemore, to Abraham Rust: Peter Reed, to John Moore; William Breasline, 4 years old, to Thomas Mitchell; Henry Hatfield (formerly bound to John Francis, deceased), to Wm. Farris; John Reglan, to Jacob Peck; Sarah Blakemore, to Adam Bickle.
