Teste: Wm. Armstrong, Wm. Palmer, George Caldwell, George Caldwell. Delivered: Philip Dold by written order from David Caldwell, 20th May, 1803.

George Caldwell to William Caldwell, his son, £10, 130 acres, part of 405 acres in Beverley Manor on a branch of Christian's Creek, branch near said William Caldwell's house.
