- Vol. 2 - Thomas McAwboy's receipt, 27th December, 1775, to Robert Rutherford, acknowledging £2 agreed to be paid to Elizth. McDonnough, relict of James Givin, late a soldier in the Virginia Regiment, for claim as the representative of said James Givin in 400 acres in patent granted to John Savage et als., for 28,627 acres on Guyandotte, Sandy Creek and Ohio. Also Marthy McAboy's receipt, 17th February, for £2 as above. Elizabeth was Marthy's mother and relict of James Givin.
