- Page 184.--8th April, 1749. Barbara Rambo's appraisement by Saml. Newman, Peter Scholl, John Ruddell, Sr., 1 sorrel horse lost by Robert Milsaps.
- Page 373.--12th May, 1753. Valentine Sevier and Joanna to Andrew Bird, 1753. Between Limestone Ridge and Smith Creek; cor. Andrew Bird's survey, Robert Milsap's survey, 184 acres. Teste: Wm. Bethel. Delivered to John Speare, 1758.
- Page 368.--30th October, 1759. Thomas Millsap's will--To wife, Mary; to sons, Robert and Thomas; to daughters, Elinor and Mary; to daughter, Jean Macgee; to daughter, Elizabeth Dillen; to sons, Joseph and William, Joseph to have "Robbin's Cabin" joining William Carrol. Teste: Andrew Bird, John Phillips. Proved, 20th May. 1760, by the witnesses. Executors qualified, with Mounce Bird, Wm. Magee.
