- Page 292.--9th May, 1783. James Kirk's will--To son, Alexander, 10 shillings; to son, John, 10 shillings; to daughter, Martha, 10 shillings; to son, Robert, £5; to wife, Jean, and sons, James and George, all estate. Executors, wife Jan and son John. Teste: Benj. Talmann, Ambros (mark) Jones, James McCan. Proved, 20th May, 1783, by the witnesses. Executors qualify.

George Moffett's will--To wife, Sarah; to daughter, Margaret, to school her two youngest children, Clarissa and Joseph; to son, James (900 acres of Glen Creek, Ky., land); son, George (South Elkhorn Survey in Kentucky); son, William; to five married daughters; daughter, Sally; daughter, Margaret (Glen Creek Survey where she now lives); to deceased daughter Martha's daughter, Sally, and son, George (Glen Creek); Martha was wife of Capt. Robert Kirk; to daughter, Mary (Glen Creek); to daughter Mary's children by her first husband; to deceased daughter Magdalene's children, viz: George, John, Henry, Addison, Samuel, Magdalene; to daughter, Elizabeth, and her son, George; to daughter, Sally; to brother William's widow and children, John, Thomas, Mary; to son George's Maria; to sister, Mary; to Charles Patrick's son, George; to sister, Hannah, and her son, George; to nephew John Patrick's oldest son; to nephew, John M. Estill, and Benj. Estill's oldest daughter. Executors, son James and nephew Jno. M. Estill. Teste: George Crosby, Wm. Young, Jno. A. Sheets. Proved, 26th August, 1811. Executors qualify.
