- Page 23.--2d May, 1766. Same (From Borden's executors) to Charles Hays, £14, 165 acres agreed by Benj., Jr., to be sold to John Kirk, part of 92100, beginning his old corner in James Moore's line, spur of North Mountain. Delivered: Chas. Hays, 16th August, 1773.

William Young, of Kingsoss, County of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, cordwainer, to John Madison, power of attorney to convey to William Davis, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, skinner, 400 acres on east side of New River or Woods' River, formerly patented to John Mills, and conveyed by him to William Young, £65. Teste: Paul Isaac Vato, John Kirke, David Robinson, John Boiler. Acknowledged by Vato and Kirke, both of Philadelphia, before Henry Harrison, Mayor of Philadelphia.
- Page 330.--30th May, 1765. Borden's executors to Andrew Fitzpatrick, £20, 150 acres, part of 92,100; corner Domnick Morren, on John Kirk's line. Teste: Samuel and James McDowell, Wm. Davis.

James Bell's will--To wife, Martha; to sons, James and William, tract purchased of James Trimble on Middle River; to Frances Bell; to son, Robert; to sons, John and Samuel Bell, home plantation; to eldest daughter, Agnes, 1,000 acres in Kentucky; to daughter, Rachel, 1,000 acres in Kentucky; to son, Robert, 500 acres in Kentucky; to son, Francis, 1,000 acres in Kentucky; to daughter, Mary An, 1,000 acres in Kentucky. Executors, wife Martha, brother William Bell, brother John Kirk. Teste: William Sterrett, Francis Gardiner, Jas. Brown. Proved, October Court, 1795, by the witnesses. Widow qualifies. (Note: John Kirk was the brother-in-law of James Bell, Bell married John Kirk's sister, Rachel).
