John Caldwell, South River, and Sarah to Mathews, part of 400 acres conveyed to Samuel Caldwell by Love and wife, and Tease, 20th May, 1766. and descended to John as son and heir of Samuel, the other two hundred acres being made over to his brother, Robert Caldwell, since his father's decease. This 200 acres have a saw mill and oyle mill thereon.
