Parentage of Patrick Martin

Some sources claim that Patrick Martin was a son of Hugh Martin, but records in Augusta County appear to support Patrick as a son of Andrew Martin, who died in Augusta Cuonty in 1749. Patrick was named the Administator of his estate.
