• Dated 13 SEPT 1768, has Andrew FOGLE, weaver, of Frederick Co., Provice of Maryland sells 86 acres of land called the Resurvey on Andrew's Delight to MATTHIAS FOX, farmer, also of Frederick Co., Province of Maryland for 40 pounds current money.

• Powers of Attny: Dated 23 OCT 1793 "we CHRISTOPHER FOX son of MATTHIAS FOX and ENGLEBORT HARTSOOK husband of MODELENA FOX daughter of said MATTHIAS FOX, and said MODELENA HARTSOOK all of Augusta County and State of Virginia..." appoint BALSER FOX their attorney in the above land deal.

• Dated 28 SEPT 1793 and appoints "my Brother BALSER FOX of Frederick County" the attorney for "MICHAEL FOX of Randolph County and State of North Carolina son of said MATTHIAS FOX" in the same land deal.

• Dated 10 MAY 1794 between "MODELENA FOX widow of MATTHIAS FOX deceased, JACOB DUTTERS and ELIZABETH his wife, MARY ROADS, JACOB FOX and MARGARET his wife and BALSER FOX, which said Elizabeth, Mary, Margaret and Balser are children and ------- of the said MATTHIAS FOX deceased", . . .and Conrad EILER of Frederick Co., MD, selling to him the same 86 acres of land.
