Facts and Events
Name Lydia Turnham
Gender Female
Christening[1] 14 Nov 1779 Totternhoe, Bedfordshire, England

Lydia Turnham was baptised on 14th November 1779 at Totternhoe in Bedfordshire, daughter of Mary Turnham, formerly Purton, and her husband Thomas Turnham.

Lydia has yet to be traced after her baptism for certain. There was a burial of a Lydia Turner at Totternhoe on 14th November 1797 (and the names Turnham, Turner and Turney appear to have been used interchangeably in the Totternhoe registers for the same family), but that Lydia was described as a child, which perhaps makes it less likely to refer to an eighteen year old, albeit she would still have been a minor.
