Account of sales on 13th September, 1763--To Jas. Williams, Michael Weaver. Wm. Fitzjarrell, Thos. Kirkpatrick, Richd. Morrison. Jno. Jordan, Joshua Ewing. Articles kept in hands of widow Mary--Some hooks. Paid Jno. Humphries.

- Beg: to wife Elonor the home plantation for life; all movable property, bonds and bills, 101 acres off the upper and adjoining John Collaw (one acre reserved for the public for a burying ground) with the right to will to whom she wishes.
