Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:

  • CIRCUIT COURT DEEDS. DEED BOOK No. 1. - Page 2.--2d September, 1789. Alexander St. Clair and Jane to John Price, 1/4 acre in Staunton, part of 26 acres added to Staunton by Legislature October, 1787. [Note: this acquisition appears to fit with this John Price, additional research may be needed]
