John P. Kramer, 80, owner and operator of the Kaw Valley Nursery, died Wednesday at his home, 226 North Chandler. He was born September 23, 1870, in Russia and had been a resident of Topeka since 1888. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Kramer, of the home; fours sons, John, Anthony, Albert and Joseph Kramer, all of Topeka; four daughters, Mrs. Lena Frank and Mrs. Emil Holzmeister, both of Chicago, Mrs. Catherine Hefner, Topeka, and Mrs. Amelia Desch, Marysville; two brothers, Michael and Anthony Kramer, both of Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Lambrecht of Oregon and Mrs. Lettone Vonfeld of Elllis; 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
