Mrs. Chritina Kammer, 96, long-time resident of Topeka, died Saturday morning at her home, 211 East Curtis.
She was born in 1844 in Russia, and lived two years in Brazil before coming to the United States sixty-one years ago.
She is survived by three sons, John P Kammer, Anton Kammer and Michael Kammer, all of Topeka; two daughters, Mrs. Leopoltina Van Feldt, Ellis, Kan., and Mrs. Mary C. Lambrecht, Stayton, Ore.; forty-one grandchildren, eighty great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the home of Michael Kammer, 1031 North Jackson, until the time of the services.
