Judgt. accdgly. for twenty pounds, five shillings and eight pence half penny & costs. But to be discharged by the payment of ten pounds, two shillings, and ten pence farthing, with interest thereon from the twentieth day of May, 1769 till paid & his costs. And on motion of the defendant by his attorney an injunction is granted him to stay the execution of this judgment till the matter shall be heard in equity, he having entered into bond, conditioned as the law directs.
