Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's

  • Page 507.--18th August, 1761. Alexander McClure, farmer, to John Allison, £130, 370 acres on North Branch of James River; cor. William Hall; Robert Poage's corner; cor. tract surveyed for Robert Hutson. Delivered: John Allison, September, 1769. (Note: Alexander McClure was possibly the Uncle of his wife, Hannah McClure)
