Will Abstract

  • Book 2, p. 426. James Hamilton's Will - To son James, tract of 238 Acres on Buffalo Creek, known as Gadberry's Plantation. Wife Margaret, 1/2 of real and personal estate during life. Son Robert (after wife's decease) all lands and tenements with all personal estate except his brother James aforementioned property. Proven December 1805.
