query letter in file states a Jacob Slye, son of Henry resided in the 1790's at Lexington, Virginia, married Lucy, daughter of Thomas Vines, Augusta County, Virginia, also Jacob went from Virginia to Fort Washington where he was an officer under Generals Wayne & St. Clair, & died in Clinton County, Ohio.
