DAVIS The death of Mrs. Isabel F. Davis, 82, widow of Clayton M., occurred at 1 pm Wed., July 2, 1958, at Lincoln Haven Rest Home at Lincoln where she had been a patient for a month. She had formerly resided at 622 Washington. Born Nov 12, 1875 in Genesee Co., she was married in 1896 at Tawas City to Mr. Davis, who died Feb. 14, 1951. They came to Alpena in 1913 and will be remembered as former proprietors of the Alpena Flour Mill on Campbell St. Surviving are: Howard & George Davis of Alpena (sons); Clayton Davis (son) of Larchmont, NY; Margaret (Mrs. William Hagen) of Alpena; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Mrs. Davis' body is at the Wachterhauser Funeral Home where service will be Saturday at 2. The Rev. Wesley Dafoe of the First Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
