Early Land Acquisition in Virginia
Acquisition of Land in Virginia:
- Page 167 - Henry and John Perkey, 1,000 acres, Mill Creek, a branch of North River of the Shenandoah, including 350 acres granted by patent to William Williams, the 20 days of June 1743, and one other tract of land containing 200 acres granted to Jacob Stover by patent dated the 13th of December 1788; which lands afterwards become vested in Henry Perkey deceased, who devised the same to the aforesaid Henry and John Perkey.
