  • Vol. 2 - Rinker vs. Hottle--O. S. 366; N. S. 132--Will of Henry Hottle, of Rockingham. Wife, Christena; sons, Frederick, George. Eight children, viz: Dorothy, wife of George Rinker; Henry; Christian; Elizabeth, wife of Christian Baer; Philip; Frederick; Polly, wife of James Fulton; Joseph. To Henry Hottel half of section No. 17, in township No. 17, range No. 17, in Fairfield County, Ohio, already conveyed to Henry. To Philip Hottel the other half of above. Dated 16th December, 1815. Recorded in Rockingham, January, 1817.
