Teste: Conrad Peterfish, John Kirtley, Charles Foy. Proved, 16th August, 1774, by Peterfish and Foy.

• Page 258.--16th August, 1774. Catherine Jack's bond (with Charles Rush, Charles Foy) as administratrix of above estate--Dick, Deck, Tack, Teck, Tick? [Note: Henry's widow Catherine appears to have married a Mr. Jack?)
