Ezekiel is the 7th child & 5th son of Daniel & Hannah Webster born in 1770 in Chatham, NY. He grew up in Columbia county and met & married Rhoda Richmond, dau of George Richmond. The couple then moved west to Onondaga county. All their children were born in Fabius, NY. Ezekiel died at Fabius in 1824 at age 54; she died in 1843 at Inlet (Lee Center), Lee Co.,IL.

*Orange Webster, a wheelwright, b.27 Apr 1805 m. 1827 Reumah Tripp in Fabius,NY. They moved to Iowa with her family. He died at Welton, Clinton Co,IA Sep 14, 1883. He was a deacon in the Freewill Baptist Church for many years. They had 8 children, of which 3 were sons:Hiram Madison; Stephen Orange; & Birdsall Webster. Resumed in Chap 58 p.1168: 1)Hiram Madison b.27 Dec 1829, a farmer m. Anabell Blackwell in 1856. He d.7 Jun 1903 at Maquoketa, Jackson Co.,IA. The End. 2) Stephen Orange b.18 Jan 1832, a merchant, m. Fanny Holdridge in 1856. He d. 25 Dec 1891 at Hammond, Tangipahoa Parrish, LA. The End. 3) Birdsall b.4 Apr 1834, a merchant m.Frances L.Smith in 1858 at Welton, Clinton Co.,IA. In 1904 he was living in Maquoketa, Jackson Co.,IA and was a member & trustee in the Congregational church & had only one son survive to adulthood: Charles Orange, b.19 Feb 1868 who married Sarah F. McComb in 1891 and was a Deputy County Treasurer in Maquoketa, IA in 1904.
