The will stated he was of the town of Chatham, Columbia Co.,NY, weak of body but sound of mind. His property, he bequeathed equally between his brother Ezekiel of Chatham and his b-i-l, Ira Peak, of Westmoreland, Oneida Co.,NY (his sister Rhoda's husband). They were also the sole Executors of his will.
