Obituary

DAROLD MILLER 1929 - 1985

Darold Miller was born February 7, 1929 in Brewster, Thomas County, Kansas, and departed this life May 19, 1985 at Bethany Care Center, Lakewood, Colorado. Me was the son of John and Mary Alice Miller.

Darold enlisted in the United Stated Army May 15, 1948, and was honorably discharged February 10, 1950. He was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division.

In the fall of 1948 Darold was united in marriage to Thelma Jean Archer. From this union two children were born: Steven Lee of San Diego, California and Galen Eugene of Missouri.

Darold was baptized in Baptist Church in Wyoming, and was a firm believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include sons Steven Lee of San Diego, California and Galen Eugene of Missouri; three grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and Mindy; one brother, Harold Miller, of Corvallis, Oregon, and three sisters: Thelma Arie, of Wallace, Kansas, Freda Ribordy of Colby, Kansas, and Vera Bastin of Greensboro, North Carolina.

Darold was buried with full military honors at Fort Logan Cemetery, Denver, Colorado on May 22.
