  17. "Clara B. King, 89, of 330 West Lytle St., Fostoria, died at 8:07 p.m.Thursday evening, Aug. 31, 2000 at Fostoria Community Hospital. HoeningFuneral Home of Fostoria is in charge of the funeral arrangements."

    She was born June 21, 1911, in Seneca County to C. Coleman and Ida S.(Stoup) Shuff. On Nov. 22, 1933, she married Paul J. King in St. Mary'sChurch at Millersville. He died April 18, 1974. Survivors include: foursons, Arthur L. of Pine Mountain Club, Calif., Richard J. of CapeGirardeau, Mo., Gerald F. of Fostoria and Marvin E. of Tiffin; adaughter, Mrs. Dale (Linda) Terry of Bascom; 16 grandchildren; 20great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a sister, HelenStrausbaugh of Fostoria. The following preceded her in death: two sons,Thomas C. and Joseph P.; five brothers, Charles B., John E., Frank O.,Otto R., and Lewis H. Shuff; and four sisters, Glenda M. Kline, Pearl L.Hoffman, Mary E. Shuff and Catharine E. Shuff.
    Mrs. King was a homemaker and a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church.A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the St. WendelinCatholic Church, Fostoria, following by burial in St. Joseph CatholicCemetery, Tiffin. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in theHoening Funeral Home, Fostoria, where a Christian wake service will beat 8:30. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the St.Wendelin Educational Foundation."
