To daus. Mary, Cathy, and Ann to get 15 lbs each and my moveable estate. Will dated July 7 1792 and proved Oct. 2, 1792 wife Mary and son John executors (Frederick Co Will Book #5 p. 364 and 421). Citation: Find-A-Grave [edit] Land RecordsDEED: 1750 - September 4th, *Augusta County Warrant issued to "Casper Mire" authorizing a property survey where Joseph Hayes lived on Dry Run. The reference indicates that he may have had a previous adjoining tract of land. DEED: Casper Mire Sr. received a grant from Lord Fairfax for land on Middle River in Augusta Co on Jun 9 1763 and an additional grant of at least 416 acres near Middletown in Frederick Co near the Frederick/Shenandoah Line on July 6, 1766. DEED: Gasper Mires Sr. and wife Mary conveyed 154 acres part of the 416 acres granted by patent in 1766 in Frederick Co, VA to his sons Gasper Jr., John and Charles on West Run on Aug 1 1777. (Frederick Co Deed Book #17 p. 354, 359) DEED: Charles and his wife Barbara of Frederick Co, VA sold their part of 132 acres to John Sowers of Frederick Co in 1796 [Land from his father] (Frederick Co Deed Book 24 p. 381) DEED: Jacob Moyers sold his portion to his brother Charles (Frederick Co Deed Book 24 B p. 358 and Book SC7 p. 57.)
