Richard sailed on the Mayflower in 1620. Elizabeth and their eldest five daughters followed in the Anne in 1623.
Disputed Lineages
There does not appear to be any support for male children in this family prior to arrival in Plymouth (1623). So Richard Warren and John Warren are effectively excluded.

The parish registers of Great Amwell in Hertfordshire show that a Richard Warren married an Elizabeth Walker on 14 April 1610.
The Anne and The Little James (1623)

The Anne and the Little James left England together, and arrived a week or so apart in Plymouth. Most of the passengers were probably on the Anne, as the Little James was smaller and carried mostly cargo.
