Children
[edit] ChildrenThe children of Benjamin Dugger are proven by one primary source (deeds in 1815 dividing the estate) and in a secondary source, John Preston Arthur's book A History of Watauga County, North Carolina 1915 in which some of them are named. Mr. Arthur named seven of the children:
He left out Joel Dugger (who left the area, so that is probably why he was forgotten); Rhoda Dugger (wife of Amos Dyer and Eli Harmon); Elizabeth (married William H. McKinney) and Sarah (wife of William Sneed), though Sarah may not be a child at all, but could be. |
